SERVICES

EXPERTISE
We have in-house personnel with over 35 years accrued design and construction experience of healthcare facilities in both the public and private sectors, with senior positions held within the NHS and large named construction companies, authoring the design and build of small clinical refurbishments to large hospitals.

QUALITY
We pride ourselves on our design and product quality (which can be viewed on the gallery). We ‘value engineer’ every element of the build to provide our clients with the best quality finish and products at the most competitive price. We have ‘green’ solutions to the energetics of the building to reduce the running costs after completion, using full heat recovery ventilation, air source heating and cooling, domestic hot water heating and led lighting.
DESIGN AND BUILD
We have a full, proven in projects completed, in-house pre and post contract professional team, consisting of an architectural team, services design engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, construction contract managers and health and safety advisor, who are highly experienced and conversant with the relevant regulations and standards.
We can provide a full turnkey Design and Build package, from feasibility, inception to completion, tailored to the client’s needs and budget.
We will partner with our clients in the truest sense, providing as part of our service, professional advice and assistance along all stages of the building procurement and build, from dealings with their own clients, statutory authorities etc. to open book budget control of the final build.
We have recently completed a number of renal dialysis units, for a major private renal treatment provider, who had won services contracts with the NHS, using our chosen philosophy, successfully completing the builds to time and budget, to the plaudits of our client, their client and most importantly the patients.
